IMPROVES TRANSITION & TIMING ✔️ Flexible shaft develops a smoother transition which prevents casting and over the top swings. Amateur golfers load the shaft too much in transition with the GForce Swing Trainer compared to professional golfers. Try feeling like you are keeping the shaft firm in transition as this will indicate improved sequencing.

The GForce Swing Trainer 7 iron is just like a standard club apart from the unique whippy shaft. The shaft helps you develop your tempo which gives your swing rhythm and sequencing which are the key traits we see in great players. The club gives you instant feedback from the flight of the ball and feeling of the swing. (1) Tempo is what makes your swing work effortlessly and if it is out you will find it difficult to make contact with the ball. Using the trainer at home 10 minutes daily for practice swinging will improve your tempo & over time improving your ball striking. (2) The trainer also indicates if you are too aggressive with your arms or body because the ball will fly to the right of target or contact will be out of the toe, so you will need to work on improving your sequencing, try some half swings stopping your arms just after impact which will release the club and unload the shaft squaring the face. Do this with the GForce club and then your own to see if there is a difference and keep alternating 3 shots with each. (3) Shots pull hook when i go back to my normal club? It is possible to cheat the GForce club a little by over rotating the hands to square the face, so when you go back to your clubs you pull hook. Work on the half swing drill previously described to help with this problem.
