It's a Good Night for Singin' & Contrary to Ordinary
Double CD containing a pair of albums from the Country singer/songwriter making their first appearance on CD: It's a Good Night For Singin' (1976) and Contrary to Ordinary (1978). Widely known as the writer of the oft-covered and immensely popular 'Mr. Bojangles', Walker came to prominence in the early 1970s as part of the progressive outlaw Country scene around Austin, Texas, alongside Willie Nelson, Guy Clark, Billy Joe Shaver, Waylon Jennings and Townes Van Zandt.
