- 1 inch deep with 76 degree angle allows for nesting for easy storage.
- Made of heavy 14 gauge aluminum allowing faster baking time than steel pans.
- The double thick flat rim also adds strength and long lasting durability to pan. Toxic free, PFAS free and made in the USA
- Products are manufactured for commercial use where appearance is secondary to performance. Machine marks may be visible on our pans.

Our exclusive Pre-Seasoned Tuff Kote (PSTK) finish adds an easy release coating, eliminating the need for any pre-seasoning. It's non-toxic, metal utensil safe, PTFE free and permanent. It won't flake, chip or peel. It's easy to bake with, easy to clean and maintain. The 76 degree angle allows the pans to nest when empty, saving storage space. The double thick flat rim also adds strength and long lasting durability to this pan. Made of heavy duty .063" thick aluminum which allows faster bake times than steel pans, these commercial-quality pans are made to last. Made in the USA. Measures 16-inch x 12-inch x 1-inch. It will fit perfectly in standard home oven.

We will repair or replace defective products, but will not be responsible for any consequential damages including any claim of lost profits. Metal utensil safe means that metal whisks, spatulas and other non-sharp metal utensils may be used without damage. In fact, we recommend a metal spatula when using our fry pan and saute pans. Do not use sharp instruments or appliances such as electric mixers to cut or chop against the pan as this may damage the coating and will not be covered under this warranty. Immersion blenders can be used with bottom safety guards. Food sticking to the pan is not a covered by the Warranty. If through use and or abuse the coating fails to release after applying oil, you may return it for recoating for a fee plus shipping and handling cost.
