It started out with Lexi just wanting to help her heartbroken friend, Carly. That was it. Carly had a â€œthingâ€ for this hot bad-boy at their high school, Ryan. And, well, Lexi had an â€œinâ€ with Ryanâ€”a bittersweet past. (AKA: she had been his very first girlfriend.) So, Lexi asked Ryan for a favor: spend time with her fragile friend, Carly. Ryan finally acceptedâ€”but only on one condition: in return, Lexi has to spend time with HIM. The problem is: thereâ€™s this thing with Lexiâ€™s heart. Itâ€™s apparently not over Ryan.

Teen romance
The story has no swearingâ€”EXCEPT there is one word in the story that may be offensive to some readers. It is used twice. (Itâ€™s a boyâ€™s body part that starts with the letter â€œD.â€) The story is not intended for readers under thirteen.

In fact, Luke suddenly seems to want Jazz. Bad. Really, really bad. Maybe as bad as her yummy stalker. (Well â€¦ maybe.)
