Mindfulness Exercises is a compilation of different ways to practice mindfulness as it is defined in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Contributed by many different DBT therapists, the exercises are organized according to the skill that best fits the exercise. For example, participation mindfulness exercises are included in the Mindfulness section. The book includes some DBT games as well, also contributed by various DBT therapists. The book is a helpful resource in planning mindfulness exercises for skills groups. There is now a print copy of the book available as well.
