TotalBoat Alumipaint AF Aluminum and Pontoon Boat Bottom Paint (Black, Gallon), 1 Gallon (Pack of 1)

Specifically formulated for use on pontoon boats, it provides superior coverage, durability and performance. Apply 1 to 2 coats per season over previously painted surfaces in good condition, or over properly primed bare aluminum. It is also suitable for use on outdrives and running gear to minimize the risk of galvanic corrosion.

Proper preparation and priming of bare aluminum is critical for paint performance and to prevent corrosion. Unprotected aluminum corrodes rapidly in salt or brackish waters. Even freshwater salinity can pose problems. We recommend using TotalProtect epoxy primer as a barrier coat.
