Our organic farfalle (far-fah-leh) is made in Italy at an authentic pastificio dedicated to making only the highest quality pastas. Made with organic durum wheat, our pasta is bronze cut the old-fashioned way and slowly dried to preserve its authentic flavor. Originally from the lombardia region of north central Italy, it means "butterfly" in Italian. Its interesting shape complements any type of sauce-robust tomato, creamy primavera-or try it in your favorite pasta salad.
