Terry stared across the table at Lisa. â€œA party dress? You want me to wear a party dress tonight? Why?â€

Lisa laughed. â€œBecause it's Saturday and thatâ€™s date night at the Rendezvous. We all get dolled up tonight. It's a tradition. And you'll want to look your best since the music agent and producer are coming back tonight to give us a listen!â€

Amy walked over to a shiny red dress lying on the couch. She handed it to her son. â€œHere you go, sweetie.â€ She sighed. â€œMy last night of having two daughters.â€

Terry shook his head and laughed. â€œMom, enjoy it while you can. Technically, I was your â€˜niece' all weekend. Tomorrow, Terryâ€™s coming back and Iâ€™m excited to sleep in my own bed. As much at Tasha loves playing in the band, Terry's looking forward to coming home.â€

Lisa smiled, â€œWell, you're sure going out with a bang. The petticoats make that skirt so bouncy and oh, so cute. It shows off your long legs, especially when you're in pantyhose and high heels.â€

Terry pretended to be sad, holding his head in his hands. â€œThe two of you are crazy!â€

Lisa grinned and looked at her mother. â€œTerry, you've been a great sport. Mom and I just want to dress you up one more time. We're having so much fun!â€

â€œWay too much fun. Someday, I'll find a way to show my appreciation.â€ Terry let out a deep breath and stood up. He took the dress and held it out from his body like it was diseased.

â€œOkay, gang. Letâ€™s get this over with. I'm going to continue to be a sport. It's been awesome playing in the band. I just don't like the disguises.â€
