Eleanor Coxworth returns in Coxworth Academy 11. The usually lively and joyful college matriarch is sad to report that a stranger has trespassed on Hesperides Island, assaulted a faculty member, and resisted arrest. The young man refused to cooperate with the campus police. He soon started talking, however, when Assistant Principal Tuckerman, the 'White Dominatrix', arrived at the Security Office to apply her unique methods of persuasion. Upon learning the identity of the interloper, Mrs. Coxworth arranges some special island justice for him.

Meanwhile, Bert is desperate to relieve his built-up sexual tension. Unfortunately, he cannot find a private place where he can handle his problem personally. He is also too shy to ask one of the coeds to assist him in her private dorm room. He then receives a surprising suggestion from lusty Lady Oakley, the housemother of Insula Alpha.
