Eddie, Brittany’s husband, finds a brochure about Paradise Island on the floor at his house and assumes that is where his wife has gone. He contacts the only travel agency that handles Paradise Island, but is stonewalled by the manager. He can’t even find out whether they booked a vacation for her there.
Harry Brunel, Eddie’s attorney and longtime friend, says he can get the information about his wife. He even bets Eddie’s secretary, Helen, a dinner that he do it. Harry’s best friend, a detective on the Atlanta Police Force tells Harry he can help him extract the information from the agency owner, who is a small time crook.
